All prices, routes, vehicles, vehicle color and/or features, specials, promotions are subject to change without notice.

PayPal transactions require that you make contact information (example: name(s), email(s), phone/fax number(s) ) available to our team in order for you to receive a confirmation of final booking.

Airport service is defined as: To or From O'hare International Airport or Chicago Midway. Service is for 1 pick-up or drop-off location within 25 miles.  Extra stops are $10.00 each. Each additional mile is $3.00 per mile.  As a note the distance from O'hare or Midway to Chicago downtown is less than 15 miles.

Passengers being picked up at airports must call (800)798-8410 after receiving their baggage from the 'baggage claim area'.  Upon calling you should identify yourself and your location.  All airport doors are marked (1A, 1B, 1C etc).  You will then be instructed to proceed outside to the 'center' curb. Your limousine will arrive within minutes.

Passengers must present valid proof of identification and/or confirmation number of purchase and/or valid credit card identification to driver.

Car seats and children who require car seats must be scheduled by phone and PLS must be notified ahead of time to properly fit the vehicle with the required equipment.

PayPal confirmation number and payment does not necessarily constitute final booking by our team. Exact date, time, requirements of your order must be verified with one of our representatives.

Internet reservation made with less than 24 hours notice may not be honored. Additionally we reserve the right to add additional fees applicable to a 'short notice' booking/reservation. Please book well in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your reservation without any additional fee's.

All bookings via internet must be made by persons who are 18 years of age or older. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to book a reservation via our internet service and we reserve the right to refuse service for anyone falsely booking services and not presenting valid proof of age, id.  In such cases we will also reserve the right for any refund or compensation on bookings made via the internet.

All minors (those under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a legal guardian (parent) with valid proof of id. No minors will be allowed in any vehicle with out parental supervision or authorized legal guardian.

Cancellations or changes to any internet booked trip require you to phone or fax this change in advance. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Failure to provide notice in this case will result in a 'change fee'.
